FITNESS MAT, RESISTANCE BAND (MEDIUM), AND TOWEL.
Attendance is voluntary all risk is assumed by each individual guest. Please consult with your health professional before attending.

Meet your coach: Dana Alan Parker
I’ve always had had a passion for fitness, nutrition, and health. After joining the US Marines, I worked in emergency medicine. It wasn‘t until I became a personal trainer that I discovered my true calling. Through exercise and nutrition, we have the greatest ability to change people’s lives for the better. As a personal trainer, there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing people transform the way they look and feel.
